• Up to 10 support tickets per month
• 8x5 support coverage
• Standard response handling (8–12 business hours)
• White-label support structure
• Escalation path for advanced technical issues



This plan is ideal for businesses with lower support volume that need a dependable support layer without expanding internal resources.



Note:
Unused tickets do not carry forward. Advanced server-level work is handled separately.
